College Teacher

 1. Positive Teachers.

a)They are the most agreeable teachers and they are helpful and supportive.

b) They are interested in their subjects and students.

(c) They try to learn all the student's name.

(d) They allow for questions and discussion in class. 

 e)They don't seem to mind if a student disagrees with them.

 f) They encourage & motivate the students. 

 g)Students feel comfortable in their presence.

  h)They are small in number & they are flexible as well.

i)They always praise on positive aspects and give feedback on negative aspects.

Example:- Monsie Poirrot(French teacher)-he spend his own time to make student learn.


2.Negative Teachers

a)They are least agreeable.

b) They don't learn the student's names.

c) They seem to be hostile both in class & out of class.

d) They don't want the students to learn.

e)They primarily lecture in the class (like neutral teacher).

 f)They allow no questions & discussion and their classes are boring(tedious).

 g) Students don't like them.

h)They are few in numbers.

i)They are inflexible just like a machine.

 Example:-Dr. Wellen - physic professer


3.Neutal Teacher

a)They learn a few student's name.

b) Their classes tend to be more boxing than positive teacher.

c)They are not very agreeable(like positive).They don't seem to be interestted in either the subjects or the students.

d) They are available for conferences, but they don't  encourage students to come to see them for help.

 e) They are more in numbers, compared to the both preceding teachers.

f) They are not much interested in conference.

g) Students feel slightly uncomfortable in their presence. 

h) They allow less time for discussion and questioning.

i)They make up the largest category compared to positive and negative teachers.
